Day 18

Praying for enemies and withstanding their attack is not an easy lesson. It never has been and never will be. It was difficult for Me when I allowed My mind to think of justice. It was easier when I grounded My being in love.  Evil is wearisome;  it is always at your back. You are not alone. What did you think My apostle Paul said when He said that he was called to "fight the good fight” (2 Ti. 4:7) and stated to “put on the armor of God” (Ep. 6:11)?

Keep fighting for love. Conquer evil with good. Keep asking for goodness and light to surround you. Walk in the light. Sit with Me and absorb My light. Sometimes in the midst of evil it is all you can do. Indeed, in this world it is what you must do until you dwell in eternal light (1 Jn. 1:5) with Me in the next world.
